Refund Policy

LiveCichlid.com does not accept returns. A full or partial refund, or replacement, may be made in accordance with the Live Guarantee.

Live Guarantee

If there are any issues regarding the health of the fish upon arrival the customer must:

  • Take clear photos of the unopened bag and the box and send them within 2 hours of delivery.

You will receive either:

  • A replacement shipment (based on availability), or

  • A full or partial refund

Photos are required for diagnosis and insurance purposes. I take pride in my long history of positive feedback and will do my best to make things right. Photos are required within 2 hours to ensure the fish were not in adverse weather conditions after delivery.
