Live Guarantee

If there are any issues:

Take clear photos of the unopened bag and the box
Message me within 2 hours of delivery

You will receive either:

A replacement shipment (based on availability), or
A full refund

Photos are required for diagnosis and insurance purposes. I take pride in my long history of positive feedback and will always make things right.

Shipping timeframe

Orders are shipped every Monday to avoid any weekend delays. Orders must be placed by Sunday morning to guarantee a Monday dispatch. Shipments may be delayed due to postal holidays, extreme weather, or low temperatures at the destination to ensure safe arrival. Orders placed utilizing Next-Day (Saver) may be shipped out at lower temperatures than 2-Day or USPS.

Carriers

Shipping is offered with UPS 2-day, Next-Day, and Next-Day Air Saver services.

Additionally, during the summer, USPS Priority Mail is available.

Areas of Service

Shipping is offered to the lower 48 states and D.C. No international delivery is available due to delays.

Delivery to Alaska or Hawaii may be available upon request through Next Day air service.

Packaging

All orders of live fish are shipped in an insulated box with a heat pack (if required).

Fish are delivered in either Oxygen-filled fish bags or Breather bags (designed to ship completely full of water).
